Privacy Policy

AI Automation (“we”, “us”) builds conversational AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We designed our platform privacy-first: data is processed only to deliver the service you asked for.

Account data: name, email, and billing details when you sign up.

Usage data: conversations, tokens, and analytics generated as your agents run.

Knowledge data: documents and sources you connect for retrieval (RAG).

Technical data: IP address, device, and log information for security and reliability.

To operate, maintain, and improve the platform and your agents.

To ground answers in your knowledge base and live tools.

To run governance checks: moderation, PII detection, and risk scoring.

To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

Your knowledge sources are chunked, embedded, and indexed to power retrieval. Model providers may process message content to generate responses, governed by data-processing agreements. We never sell your data or use customer content to train foundational models without explicit consent.

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, model providers, payment processing via Stripe). Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is least-privilege and audited. We run continuous monitoring and offer SSO and advanced governance on Dedicated plans.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@aiautomation.ink. We honor applicable GDPR and CCPA requests.

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion, after which data is removed within 30 days, excluding records we must keep for legal reasons.
